Every rate and the clinic fee run for 60 months per account: in full for 24 months, at two thirds for the next 24, at half for the last 12, then they end. Commission is paid every two weeks. No commission is paid on labs, at any layer. Nothing here is a promise or projection of earnings: what is paid depends only on real purchases.
